MARCH 26, 2007
Acting Mayor Becky Petryk called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
COUNCIL:
PRESENT: Frank Puleo, Fran Miron, and Becky Petryk
ABSENT: Mike Granger and Chuck Haas
PLANNING COMMISSION:
PRESENT: Bob Rosenquist and Tom Weidt
ABSENT: Kelly Bailly, Bronwen Kleissler, Ron McRoberts, Adam Moore, and Dave Schumann
City Administrator Mike Ericson, CD Director Bryan Bear, Associate Planner Rachel Simone
DISCUSSION ON RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT STORAGE PROPOSED ORDINANCE
The CD Director introduced of the code enforcement subcommittee members to the public
and gave background on what the committee has been working on over the past several
months. The Associate Planner gave a presentation on the proposed ordinance to explain how
it would impact property owners.
There were seventeen people that spoke at the public workshop in opposition on the proposed
ordinance. The public seemed to think that the ordinance was too restrictive. Most thought
that the ordinance should not be considered or needed to be changed to be less restrictive.
Staff was advised to bring the proposed ordinance back to the subcommittee for discussion in
regards to the comments made at the public workshop. Three residents volunteered to serve
on the subcommittee.

Petryk made a motion, Puleo seconded to adjourn the City Council meeting at 9:00 pm.
