Mayor Fran Miron called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm at the Hugo Elementary School at the
conclusion of the sire visit of Hugo Elementary School host by Phil Fisher and Ted Blaesing
from the White Bear School District.
PRESENT: Petryk, Puleo, Miron
City Administrator Mike Ericson, CD Director Bryan Bear, PW Director Chris Petree, Senior
and Associate Planner Rachel Simone
ABSENT: Granger and Haas
Also present were members of the Planning Commission, Parks & Recreation Commission,
Historical Commission, and the Economic Development Authority.
This special meeting was called to allow the City Council and City Commissions the
opportunity to conduct a City-wide bus tour. There was also a site visit of the newly remodeled
Hugo Elementary School and nine other specially selected sites/projects in the City. The City-
wide bus tour concluded at the Hugo Elementary School at 7:30 pm.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 pm by Mayor Miron
