the Hugo Fire Hall.
PRESENT (CITY COUNCIL.): Granger, Haas, Petryk, Puleo, Miron
PRESENT (PLANNING COMMISSION):Kleissler, Malaski, McRoberts, Peltier, Rooney,
Rosenquist, Schumann
Community Development Director, John Rask
City Engineer, Dave Mitchell
Local developers with ownership in the Neeser, Peltier, Miller, and former Leroux properties
gathered to present their vision of development within the Everton Avenue Study area. Presented
was a concept that included a variety of homes, a school, openspace, trails, and recreational
areas. Commissioner Dennis Hegberg and Senator Jane Krentz were in attendance as well as
members of the Park Commission and neighboring property owners. Following the presentation
was a discussion among the developers and those in attendance.
ADJOURNMENT
Rosenquist made motion, Peltier seconded, to adjourn the Planning Commission meeting at
10:55 pm.
All Ayes. Motion Carried.
Granger made motion, Petryk seconded, to adjourn the City Council at 10:55 pm.
All Ayes. Motion Carried.
