This special City Council meeting was called to allow Council to attend a Board of Appeal
training session. Mayor and Council members joined other elected officials and county staff at
the Washington County Government Center in Stillwater.
PRESENT: Becky Petryk, Frank Puleo, Fran Miron
ABSENT: Mike Granger and Chuck Haas
Others: City Assessor Frank Langer
Washington County Assessor staff conducted the training session, which consisted of
presentations about market valuation, appraisal analysis, and application. The training was
mandated by the Minnesota State Legislature from legislation passed in 2003. The session was
educational and informative.
The training session adjourned at 11:30 am.
