GROUNDBREADING CEREMONY FOR ONEKA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Mayor Fran Miron called the meeting to order at 4:00 pm at the site of the new Oneka
Elementary School.
PRESENT: Granger, Haas, Petryk, Puleo, Miron
City Administrator Mike Ericson, CD Director Bryan Bear, and Senior Engineering
Technician Scott Anderson
As part of the afternoon's agenda, Mayor Miron addressed the audience with comments
regarding the importance of the new elementary school and attendance by numerous
school children and residents. Final comments from School Board Chair Rolf Parsons
indicated how pleased the school board was with the cooperation from the City of Hugo
and participation from active and involved parents. The meeting adjourned with a
reception at the Hugo Elementary School.
Haas made motion, Petryk seconded, to adjourn the meeting at 4:30 pm.
