JULY 18, 2005
Mayor Fran Miron called the joint meeting to order at 6:11 pm.
PC Chair Dave Schumann called the PC meeting to order at 6:11 pm.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Granger, Haas, Petryk, Puleo, Miron
City Administrator Mike Ericson; CD Director Bryan Bear; and Carolyn Krall from
Landform
PC PRESENT: Hoftbeck, Rosenquist, Weidt, Schumann, McRoberts, Bailly and Kleissler
DISCUSSION OF DOWNTOWN DESIGN STANDARDS
Carolyn Krall from Landform reviewed with the Hugo City Council and Planning
Commission the latest draft of the Downtown Design Standards. Council members and
Planning Commissioners reviewed the 20 -page document, page -by -page, offering
suggestions and revisions.
After this was completed, CD Director Bryan Bear stated that the PC will review the final
draft at its next meeting and make a recommendation to Council.
ADJOURNMENT
Haas made motion, Puleo seconded, to adjourn at 7:00 pm.
