FESTIVAL FOODS GROUND BREAKING CEREMONY
The meeting was called to order at 10:00 am by Mayor Fran Miron.
PRESENT: Granger, Haas, Petryk, Puleo, Miron
City Administrator Mike Ericson, CD Director Bryan Bear, and Intern Andy Gitzloff
Mayor Miron addressed the positive audience with comments of collaboration between the
City of Hugo and Festival Foods owners, Marie Arthun and Laurie Youngquist. The City is
very excited about the opening of the new Festival Foods grocery store. There were many
residents, media, WBL Chamber of Commerce, contractors, and developers in attendance. A
photo with the Mayor and City Council and the Festival Foods team, outfitted in hard hats
and shovels, was taken.
ADJOURNMENT
Puleo made motion, Petryk seconded, to adjourn at 10:33 am.
