Mayor Fran Miron called this special meeting to order at 8:00 am in the Oneka Room at
Hugo City Hall.
PRESENT: Granger, Puleo, Miron
City Administrator Mike Ericson; City Planner Kendra Lindahl; Administrative Intern Tom
Denaway
ABSENT: Chuck Haas and Becky Petryk
This special meeting was held to involve the City Council in the downtown charrette process.
Carolyn Krall from Landform, Inc. facilitated the morning session. She provided an
overview of the project to the large number of attendees. She presented two options for a
downtown redevelopment plan, with a new third option generated from the February 23,
2004 joint meeting with the Planning Commission. The attendees broke into three groups for
a hands-on charrette process in order to provide comments and suggestions on the plans.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Miron adjourned the meeting at 10:00 am.
