Mayor Fran Miron called the Board of Review to order at 10:00 am.
PRESENT: Granger, Puleo, Miron
CD Director, John Rask
City Assessor, Frank Langer
City Clerk, Mary Ann Creager
ABSENT: Becky Petryk and Chuck Haas
The Board of Review was called to order for the purpose of reviewing and correcting the
assessment of real estate for the year 2004. Ed Fashingbauer of 12564 Goodview
Avenue was the only resident requesting reevaluation.
Granger made motion, Puleo seconded, to accept the assessor's recommendation to
reevaluation the Fashingbauer property on Goodview Avenue.
All aye. Motion Carried.
Granger made motion, Puleo seconded, to adjourn the Board of Review at 11:00 am.
