POSITION OF JUNE 9.2003
PRESENT: Granger, Haas, Petryk, Puleo, Miron
Chair of Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Commission, Robyn LaCasse
Vice -Chair of Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Commission, Pete Pedersen
Planning Intern, Derrick Jensen
Council met with Robyn LaCasse and Pete Petersen to interview two candidates for the Parks
Commission.
1. Carl Jensen
2. Roger Clarke
After the interviews, Chuck Haas made motion and Becky Petryk seconded, to appoint Roger Clarke
to the Parks Commission to fill the vacancy left by Bunny Peterson.
All Aye. Motion Carried
All members concurred with the selection.
Council recommended that staff notify all applicants
Council also recommended to involve Carl Jensen in some aspect of the community, as well as
invite him to attend the Open Space Committee meetings.
Motion by Haas, second by Petryk to adjourn at 8:25 pm.
All ayes. Motion Carried.
