Mayor Fran Miron called the meeting to order at 9:10 am.
PRESENT: Granger, Haas, Puleo, Miron
City Administrator Michael Ericson
City Clerk Mary Ann Creager
ABSENT: Becky Petryk
The special meeting of the City Council was called to consider the application of the Hugo Lions
Club for an on -sale 3.2 beer license to sell beer at the Hugo Fire Department's Booya Festival on
September 13, 2003. The application was completed to the satisfaction of the City, and the
required certificate of insurance was also provided. City staff recommended approval.
Haas made motion, Granger seconded, to approve the 3.2 on -sale beer license for the Hugo Lions
Club to sell beer at the HFD's Booya Festival on September 13, 2003.
All aye. Motion Carried.
Miron made motion, Haas seconded, to waive the charge for this special City Council meeting.
All aye. Motion Carried.
Haas 'made motion, Granger seconded, to waive Council salaries for this special meeting.
All aye. Motion Carried.
ADJOURNMENT
Miron made motion, Haas seconded, to adjourn at 9:12 am.
