PLANNING COMMISSION ON JUNE 13, 2002
Mayor Miron called the meeting to order at 8:05 pm.
PRESENT: Haas, Petryk Puleo, Miron
PC Members Bailly, Kleissler, Malaski, McRoberts, Peltier, Rosenquist, Schumann
CD Director, John Rask
CD Assistant, Michele Lindau
ABSENT: Granger
Discussion on Transfer of Development Rights (Joint Meeting with the City Council)
Steve Hobbs, Rice Creek Watershed District Administrator, shared with the Council and
Commission his professional background and extensive experiences with Transfer of
Development Right programs.
Haas recommended they form a small group of City Council Members and Planning
Commission members for further discussions. Puleo said they should expand the group to
include all City Council Members, as well as landowners and developers.
Haas made motion, Petryk seconded, to direct staff to include this item at future meetings.
All ayes. Motion carried.
Adiournment
Puleo made motion, Haas seconded, to adjourn at 9:20 pm.
