Mayor Fran Miron called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.

Mayor Miran thanked the American Legion members for attending this specially called City Council meeting.
Fire Chief Jim Compton provided a recap of the Hugo Fire Department's efforts in fighting the fire atthe
American Legion Hall.
Conomander John 11omm thanked the City for Bre oppostumty to partner with the City in its efforts to rebuild.
He explained how the Legion is a social gathering spat, an employer a supporter of the co�anity in many wap
including scholarships and a place of respect for veteran.. Along with Phil Kamman, he explained how the
Legion would bice to rebuild. After man by Council, Mayor Mixon and Council member Granger were
selected to form a committee with staff and the Legion to assist them in their rebuilding dbft
Mann made motion, Gaumger seconded, to adjourn at 9:32 pm.
