Mayor Fran Miron called the joint meeting with the Planning Commission to order at 7:54 pm.
PRESENT: Haas, Petryk, Puleo, Miron

Deputy Clerk, Michele
City Engineer, Dave Mitchell
Water Resource Engineer, Pete Willenbring
ABSENT: Mike Granger
Browns Creek Watershed District Presentation
The City Council attended the regular meeting of the Planning Commission to hear a presentation of the
Brown's Creek Watershed District (BCWD) on their Second Generation Plan.
Giving the presentation were: Camilla Correll, BCWD Engineer; Karen Kilberg, BCWD Vice -President;
Julie Westerlin, Department of Natural Resources Watershed Coordinator; and Torey Dupre, representative
for'the Metropolitan Council. They were seeking to identify the key issues addressed in the plan that affect
Hugo, and to develop a cooperative relationship with all affected local units of government so that the
management of water resources can be accomplished in a collaborative manner.

Haas made motion, Puleo seconded, to adjourn at 9:35 p.m.
