Mayor Fran Miron called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
PRESENT: Granger, Haas, Petryk, Puleo, Miron

Finance Director, Ron Otkin
Fire Chief, Joe McMahon
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM
Nick Dragisich and Mike Hoheisel from Springsted, Inc., presented the first draft of the City's
CIP. It detailed over $90 million dollars of public improvements, including equipment and
vehicle purchases over the next 20 years. There were, in total, 205 CIP items. Growth drives
capital equipment purchases, with 50% of the spending in the first six years. The next meeting
with Springsted will be on Monday, May 14, 2001, at 7:00 pm.
