MINUTES FOR THE SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF MAY 14.2001 <br />Mayor Fran Miron called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. <br />PRESENT: Granger, Haas, Petryk, Puleo, Miron <br />City Administrator, Michael Ericson <br />Community Development Director, John Rask <br />City Engineer, Dave Mitchell <br />BUSINESS SUBSIDY AGREEMENT FOR MN UNION BUILDERS <br />A public hearing was called for the purpose of taking public comment regarding the <br />Business TIF Subsidy Agreement for the MN Union Builders project. No one was <br />present to comment on the project. <br />Miron made motion, Petryk seconded, to table this matter until the City Council meeting <br />of May 21 2001. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM (CIP) WORKSHOP W/SPRINGSTED, INC. <br />In addition to the attendees listed above, the following City officials were also in attendance: <br />Finance Director Ron Otkin; Public Works Director Chris Petree; and Fire Chief Joe McMahon <br />Nick Dragisich and Bob Thistle represented Springsted, Inc. <br />City Council and staff went through the CIP list of projects and equipment for the first five <br />years. Council agreed that this would be the list incorporated into the final drab of the CII'. <br />The 20 -year CIP includes $89,667,655 in projects and equipment. <br />Granger made motion, Petryk seconded, to adjourn at 10:00 pm. <br />All aye.
