Mayor Fran Miron called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
PRESENT: Granger, Haas, Petryk, Puleo, Miron
City Administrator, Michael Ericson
Community Development Director, John Rask
City Engineer, Dave Mitchell
BUSINESS SUBSIDY AGREEMENT FOR MN UNION BUILDERS
A public hearing was called for the purpose of taking public comment regarding the
Business TIF Subsidy Agreement for the MN Union Builders project. No one was
present to comment on the project.
Miron made motion, Petryk seconded, to table this matter until the City Council meeting
of May 21 2001.
All aye. Motion Carried.
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM (CIP) WORKSHOP W/SPRINGSTED, INC.
In addition to the attendees listed above, the following City officials were also in attendance:
Finance Director Ron Otkin; Public Works Director Chris Petree; and Fire Chief Joe McMahon
Nick Dragisich and Bob Thistle represented Springsted, Inc.
City Council and staff went through the CIP list of projects and equipment for the first five
years. Council agreed that this would be the list incorporated into the final drab of the CII'.
The 20 -year CIP includes $89,667,655 in projects and equipment.
Granger made motion, Petryk seconded, to adjourn at 10:00 pm.
