MINUTES FOR THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF OCTOBER 22.2001 Mayor Fran Miron called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm. PRESENT: Haas, Petryk, Puleo, Miron City Administrator, Michael Ericson ABSENT: Mike Granger ANNUAL PERFORMANCE REVIEW (PETE WILLENBRING) Council requested Pete to provide a brief report on his working relationship with the City over the past seven years. Pete said he enjoys working with the City Council and staff, and is proud of the accomplishments achieved by the City. City Administrator Mike Ericson stated he had a performance review with Pete on September 20, 2001. Pete has a number of projects underway with the City. His reports at the Council meeting will be condensed. Mike and Pete will communicate better on Pete's attendance at Council meetings. Pete has agreed to attend one Council meeting a month at no charge. Pete informed the Council that he does not charge for travel time to meetings. Mike is generally pleased with Pete's performance, and looks forward to improved communication levels. Council discussed Pete's excellent work on the 165'h Street ditch project public informational meeting and work on Everton/Elmcrest study. Council discussed the RFP's, which are being solicited for the water resource engineer and agreed not to proceed further. Pete's reappointment will be on the November 5h City Council agenda. APPROVAL OF EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH GLAMOS FAMILY Mike explained that assistant City Attorney Jim Lammers has worked with the attorney for the Glamos family and brokered an agreement that both attorneys have agree to. Miron made motion, Petryk seconded, to approve the Easement Agreement with the Glamos Limited Partnership as presented, in the total amount of $4,500. All aye. Motion Carried.
