A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DRIVEWAY PERMIT FEE AT,,
AND ESTABLISHING THAT A SECURITY GUARANTEE BE REQUIRED,
UPON ADVICE FROM THE CITY ENGINEER OR BUILDING INSPECTOR,
FOR ANY DAMAGE TO CITY STREETS CAUSED BY WORK PERFORMED
UNDER SAID PERMIT FOR DRIVEWAY CONSTRUCTION. THE AMOUNT
OF SECURITY DEPOSIT OR GUARANTEE TO BE SPECIFIED IN THE
SPECIAL PROVISIONS OF THE PERMIT.
BE IT RESOLVED That the City Council of the City of Hugo,
Washington County, Minnesota, established the Driveway Permit Fee
at $ 95 -nn , and established that a Security Deposit
or Guarantee in the form of a letter of credit, cash, cashiers check,
or certified check, or such other form of security as may be approved
by the City be furnished in favor of the City of Hugo, upon the advice
of the City Engineer or Building Inspector, to compensate the City
for any expense incurred by the City in repairing any damage to any
portion of the City streets or right—of—way caused by work performed
under the permit for driveway construction. The amount of Security
Deposit or Guarantee to be specified in the special provisions of
the permit.
