BE IT RESOLVED BY THE City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington,
County, Minnesota, as follows:
(1) That there is now on hand in and is hereby irrevocably appropriated to
the sinking fund for the retirement of principal and interest on
Waterworks Improvement Bonds dated May 1 , 1961, the sum of $64,917.26.
(2) That the County Auditor of Washington County is hereby requested
and directed to reduce by $ 5107.50 the taxed levied for collection in the next
ensuing year for payment of the said principal and interest, pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes, Sec. 475.61.
The motion for the adoption of the above Resolution was made:by -Spitzer
and duly seconded by Deane Vail , and upon a vote being taken
thereon, the following members voted in favor therof:
Marvin LaValle, Dan Spitzer, Howard Schletty, Larry Irsfeld, Deane Vail
and the following voted against the same: NONE
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk/Treasurer of
Hugo , Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have carefully compared the
attached foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the governing body of the
above municipality held on the date therein indicated, and that the same is a full,
true and correct copy of said minutes, insofar as the same relate to the declaration
of excess funds on hand in the sinking funds for WATERWORKS IMPROVEMENT BONDS of
1961 and requesting a reduction in taxes thereof.
