Mayor Walter Stoltzman called to Council to order at 5:43 pm.
PRESENT: Barnes, Leroux, Petryk Stoltzman
City Administrator, Michael Ericson
ABSENT: Chuck Haas
The Council interviewed five architectural firms, and they made presentations with feasibility
studies for a new City Hall. The five firms included: Wold Architects; Leonard Parker
Associates; Ankeny Kell Architects; WAI Continuum; and Bonestroo Rosene Anderlik &
Associates.
After discussion, the Council unanimously selected BRA&Associates to prepare a feasibility
study for a new City Hall, at a cost of $8,700.
After the interviews, the Council then discussed the proposed improvements in the Peloquin
Industrial Park. City Engineer, Dave Mitchell, Assistant City Engineer, Tom Tabler, and City
Finance Director, Ron Otkin, were present for this discussion.
Leroux made motion, Petryk seconded, to adjourn at 10:13 pm.
All aye. Motion Carried.
