Mayor Walter Stoltzman called to order the joint meeting of the City Council and Planning
Commission at 7:00 pm.
PRESENT: Barnes, Leroux, Stoltzman
City Administrator, Mike Ericson
City Engineer, Dave Mitchell
Community Development Director, John Rask
ABSENT: Haas and Petryk
The joint meeting was called to allow members of both bodies to listen to the presentation of Len
Pratt, developer of Wenzel Farms. Accompanying Mr. Pratt were his partner, John Peterson; Homer
and Shelly Tompkins, developer of Liberty on the Lake in Stillwater; and Mark Putmann, landscape
architect. Mr. Pratt shared his vision for the development of Wenzel Farms and the surrounding
area. Council members asked questions and shared views for the project.
Barnes made motion, Stoltzman seconded, to adjourn the City Council portion of the joint meeting at
9:35 pm.
All aye. Motion Carried.
