A substantial amount of time was devoted to discussing the appropriate zoning along Ehncrest Avenue and Everton Avenue. Ed Waller requested the Council obtain a legal opinion on whether the changes in the zoning conditions for the long-term agriculture district, in the proposed new ordinance, would conflict with his "contract" with the State of Minnesota for placing his property in the long-term agricultural district.
