PRESENT: Barns, Haas, Leroux, Petryk, Stoltzman

City Legal Representative, Paul Haik
Mr. Haik provided the Council an overview of potential regulatory factors which will impact future
City planning, including Federal Clean Water Regulations and the latest State Regulations on the
preparation of storm water management plans. Mr. Haik informed the Council that the City's
mediation efforts with the Watershed District, DNR, and the Board of Soil and Water Resources
should include objectives to place the City in as good of a position as possible to implement these
new regulations along Judicial Ditch #2.
At approximately 9:40 PM, Stoltzman made motion, Haas seconded, to return to open session.
All ayes. Motion carried.
