The Mayor reconvened the regular City Council meeting of October 4, 1999 at 7:00 pm.
PRESENT: Barnes, Haas, Leroux, Petryk, Stoltzman
City Administrator, Robert Museus
Attorney, Paul Haik
Water Resource Engineer, Andrea Moffatt
WSB, Jeff Lutz
Stotizman made motion, Petryk seconded, to move the meeting into executive session for the
following purposes:
1. Discuss the City's suit to remove obstructions in JD2.
2. Consider the City's options in mitigating the wetlands identified in the Bald Eagle Industrial Park.
3. Respond to the City Attorney's request for guidance in the City's suit with ARK.
All aye. Motion Carried.
Leroux made motion, Haas seconded, to adjourn at 10:36 pm.
