The City Council meeting of November 24, 1999, was reconvened at 7:00 pm.
PRESENT: Barnes, Haas, Leroux, Petryk, Stoltzman
City Administrator, Robert Museus
This special meeting was called to allow Council to consider the strategy behind litigation of JD2 by
defining objectives and goals.
Stodzman made motion, Barnes seconded, to move into executive session.
All aye. Motion Carried.
At approximately 9:00 pm, the Council returned to open session. The Council discussed the next
meeting with its legal representation regarding JD2, and indicated a preference that a meeting be
arranged for the morning of December 10, 1999, or as a second option, the evening of December 8,
1999.
Barnes made motion, Petryk seconded, to adjourn at 9:05 pm.
All aye. Motion Carried.
