The special City Council meeting was called to order by Mayor Stoltzman at 9:00 am.
PRESENT: Haas, Leroux, Petryk, Stoltzman
Council member Debra Barnes arrived at 9:25 am.
OTHERS PRESENT:
City Clerk, Mary Ann Creager
The purpose of this special meeting was to conduct performance reviews of City Attorney, Greg
Galler, and Water Resource Engineer, Pete Willenbring.
At 10:30 am, Leroux made motion, Haas seconded, to move into executive session for fiuther
discussion of JD2 litigation.
All aye. Motion Carried.
At approximately 1:20 pm, Haas made motion, Barnes seconded, to recess today's meeting until
December 13, 1999 at 7:00 pm, Hugo Fire Station, to discuss the well field and athletic complex.
All aye. Motion Carried.
