Mayor Fran Miron reconvened the meeting of November 2, 1998, at 7:40 p.m.
PRESENT: Arcand, Barnes, Leroux, Miron
City Administrator, Robert Museus
ABSENT: Andy Goiffon
The Council met to canvass returns of the 1998 general election. The Council reviewed
Resolution 1998-37 prepared by the City Clerk showing the returns for the election.
Miron made motion, Barnes seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 1998-37, A
RESOLUTION CANVASSING 1998 ELECTION RETURNS.
Voting AYE: Arcand, Barnes, Leroux, Miron
Motion Carried.
Leroux made motion, Barnes seconded, to recess the meeting at 7:45 p.m., November 9,
1998, in order to meet with attorney Paul Haik regarding the City's petition to the RCWD
to declare certain culverts along Hardwood Creek as obstructions.
All aye. Motion Carried.
