The joint meeting with the Rice Creek Watershed District was called to order at 7:00 p.m.
PRESENT: Arcand, Goiffon, Leroux, Miron
ABSENT: Debra Barnes
This joint meeting was held with the RCWD at the Shoreview City Hall. After discussion
of watershed business, Attorney Paul Haik, representing the City, addressed the managers
regarding obstructions in JD2. Mayor Fran Miron also addressed the Board on the
importance of scheduling an obstruction hearing.
After a lengthy discussion, the RCWD Board of Managers moved to schedule a hearing in
90 days, and to meet with concerned entities during January, 1999. Motion passed.
The joint meeting was adjourned at 10:00 p.m.
