The Mayor Fran Miron reconvened the HUQ_o Citi Council meeting_ of January
1(:), 1996 at 9:35 AM.
PRESENT: Barnes, Goiffon, LaValle, LeroUX! Miron
City Administrator. Robert MUseUS
The purpose of the Council meeting was to finish the City Administrator's
performance review, and conduct a site visit at the offices of WSB and
Associates, Inc., consulting engineers.
Previously, Council members had completed questionnaires regarding the
performance of the City Administrator. The completed questionnaires were
provided to the City Attorney's office for compilation. The Council
reviewed the findings, and discussed them with the City Administrator,
providing suggestions on how he may improve his performance.
LaValle made motion. Goiffon seconded. to move the meeting of the City
Council to the offices of WSB. Inc.. 2441 Wayzata Blvd. at 10:20 AM.
All aye. Motion Carried.
Upon arrival at WSB's offices, the Council was provided a tour of the
facilities, and met the firm's staff. WSB then made a presentation of the
firm's capabilities and the services they can provide to the City of Hugo.
The Council returned to the City Hall at 2.30 PM.
Goiffon made motion. LaValle seconded, to adjourn the meeting at PM.
