The City Council met jointly with the Hugo Planning Commission at the
Washinqton County Government Center's Board Room. The meeting was opened
by Liz Templin at 7:00 PM.
CITY COUNCIL PRESENT: Goiffon, LaValle, Leroux, Miron
PLANNING COMMISSION PRESENT: Schumann, Waller, Agness, Malask:i, Peltier
The meeting was entitled, "Possibilities for Single Family Residential
Development: Exploring Our Choices", which provided an opportunity for
discussion of alternates for development, such as "clustering". Bob Sike
and David Pitt from the University of Minnesota made a presentation
regarding residential ogtions for rural area. A question and answer
session followed the presentation.
