The meeting was called to order by Mayor Fran Myron at 7.45PM.
PRESENT: Agness, Barnes, Goii%n, Leroux, Miron
City Administrator, Robert Museus
City Finance Director, Ron Oddn
The purpose of this meeting is review of the City's proposed 1997 budget. First, the
Council reviewed an amended schedule setting City charges for permits, foes, service
charges, etc.
Leroux made motion, Goiffon seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 96-18,
ESTABLLSH1NO A FEE SCHEDULE FOR SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF HUGO.
VOTING AYE: Agness, Barnes, Goiffon, Leroux, Miron
Motion Carried.
The City's Finance Director reviewed the budget's balance sheet, and discussed recent
budget amendments with the Council. A transfer from the Capital Improvement Funds to
the General Fund is expected at the end of 1996, due to higher than expected engineering
and legal expenses. The Truth in Taxation hearing is scheduled for December 16, 1996.
Leroux made motion, Goiffon seconded, to adjourn at 9:16PM.
