The meeting was called to order by Fran Miron at 9:30 AM.
PRESENT: Barnes, Goiffon, LaValle, LeroUX, Miron
City Clerk, Mary Ann Creager
Loucks and Associates, Ed Elliott
Utility Superintendent, Mike K.ri" updated the Council with his "winter"
work schedule relative to road brushing, hydrant/manhole inspections, and
water meter repairs/replacements.
The purpose of today's meeting is for further Council review of the draft
Comprehensive Plan. The Council continued their page-by-page review of
the Plan making changes for the final draft.

Leroux made motion, Miron seconded, to recess today's at 2:50 PM until
December 12. 1995, at 9:30 AM.
