The recessed meeting of December 7, 1995 was reconvened by Mayor Fran
Miron at 9:45 AM.
PRESENT: Barnes, Goiffon, LaValle, Miron
City Administrator, Robert MUSeUS
Loucks and Associate, Ed Elliott
COUNCILMAN LEROUX ARRIVED AT 11:30 AM.
The purpose of this meeting was to continue review of the City's proposed
Comprehensive Plan with Mr. Elliott of Loucks and Associates. The Council
continued its page -by -page review of the Flan, and discussed needed
changes to make the document clearer and to correct inaccuracies.
Councilman Leroux; arrived at the meeting_ at 11:30 AM. Due to Mayor Miron
and Councilman LaValle's need to attend another meeting, the Council
determined to continue to review of the Flan on December 28, 1995 at 9:30
AM. It was hoped that the Council could complete its review at that time,
and then schedule a joint meeting with the Planning Commission to consider
the issue of clustering of homes in the agricultural district.
LeroUX made motion, LaValle seconded, to adjourn at 12:05 PM.
