HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION
September 8, 2011
Call to Order
Vice Chair Kleissler called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m.
PRESENT: Arcand, Kleissler, McRoberts, Rosenquist
ABSENT: Gwynn, Moore, Schumann
ALSO PRESENT: Dennis Fields, Community Development Assistant
Rachel Juba, Planner
Approval of Minutes of July 28, 2011
Arcand made motion, McRoberts seconded, to approve the Planning Commission minutes of
July 28, 2011.
All Ayes, Motion carried.
Kersten — Minor Subdivision
Planner, Rachel Juba, presented on the minor subdivision.
The applicant requested approval of a minor subdivision. The property is zoned Future Urban
Service. The current parcel size is 40 acres and the subdivision would create a 10 acre parcel
and a 30 acre parcel.
McRoberts asked what the property is currently used for.
The applicant stated that he currently uses the property for cattle.
Kleissler opened the Public Hearing.
There was no one that spoke on the agenda item.
Kleissler closed the Public Hearing.
Rosenquist made a motion, McRoberts seconded, to approve the Kersten minor subdivision.
All Ayes, Motion carried.

Kleissler opened the public hearing.
McRoberts made a motion, Arcand seconded, to approve table the item until the next meeting.
All Ayes, Motion carried.
Accessory Dwelling Unit Ordinance
Kleissler opened the public hearing.
Rosenquist made a motion, McRoberts seconded, to approve table the item until the next
meeting.
All Ayes, Motion carried
Adjournment
McRoberts motioned, Arcand seconded, to adjourn at 7:20 PM
