HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION
July 8, 2010
Call to Order
Chairman Schumann called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
PRESENT: Arcand, Gwynn, McRoberts, Moore, Kleissler, Schumann
ABSENT: Rosenquist
ALSO PRESENT: Dennis Fields, Community Development Assistant
Rachel Simone, Planner
Approval of Minutes of June 10, 2010
Gwynn made motion, Arcand seconded, to approve the Planning Commission minutes of
June 10, 2010.
All Ayes, Motion carried.
Abstain: Kleissler
Lutz Conditional Use Permit for Accessory Building Size
Planner, Rachel Simone, gave the background to the Planning Commission. The request was for
a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow an additional 25% accessory building size. The request
is for 6,660 Square Feet where 5,500 is allowed by ordinance. The Property is currently zoned
Agricultural and located at 15118 Irish Ave N. Staff felt that it meets all criteria for approval
and recommended approval of the request.
Schumann opened the Public Hearing
Schumann closed the Public Hearing.
Gwynn motioned, Arcand seconded, to approve the CUP request.
All Aye, Motion Carried.
Adjournment
Kleissler motioned, Gwynn seconded, to adjourn.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
