MINUTES <br />HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />December 27, 2007 <br />Call to Order <br />Chairman Schumann called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Moore, Rosenquist, Schumann, Weidt <br />ABSENT: Bailly, Kleissler, McRoberts <br />ALSO PRESENT: Bryan Bear, Community Development Director (CDD) <br />Michele Lindau, Secretary <br />Rachel Simone, Associate Planner <br />Approval of Minutes of November 11, 2007 <br />Weidt made motion, Rosenquist seconded, to approve the Planning Commission minutes of <br />November 11, 2007 as amended. <br />Ayes: Rosenquist, Schumann, Weidt <br />Abstain: Moore <br />Motion carried. <br />Ann Thompson Interim Use Permit Occupation <br />The Commission had scheduled public hearing to consider the application of Ann Thompson, <br />13755 Elmcrest Avenue North, for an Interim Use Permit to operate a screen printing business <br />from an accessory building on her home. <br />The Associate Planner explained staff was waiting for further information from Washington <br />County to determine if a hazardous waste generators license was needed to conduct the business. <br />Weidt made motion, Schumann seconded, to table consideration of the application until the <br />Commission meeting on January 24, 2008. <br />All ayes. Motion carried. <br />Scott Kersten Conditional Use Permit for Auto Repair Shop and Outdoor Storage <br />The Commission held a public hearing to consider the application of Scott Kersten, Kersten's <br />Auto Sales, for a conditional use permit (CUP) for an auto body repair shop and outdoor vehicle <br />storage at the property located at 14797 Forest Boulevard North. <br />
