MINUTES <br />HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />March 10, 2005 <br />Call to Order <br />Chairman Schumann called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />Oath of Office <br />Tom Weidt took the Oath of Office. Weidt was appointed by the City Council to fill the vacancy <br />created by the expiration of Sandy Malaski's term and her decision to resign from the <br />Commission. <br />PRESENT: Bailly, Hoffbeck, Kleissler, Rosenquist, Schumann, Weidt <br />ABSENT: McRoberts <br />ALSO PRESENT: Bryan Bear, Community Development Director <br />Michele Lindau, Community Development Assistant <br />Minutes of February 10, 2005 <br />Bailly made motion, Hoffbeck seconded, to approve the minutes of February 10, 2005 as <br />submitted. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Lutz CUP for Home Occupation <br />The Commission held a public hearing to consider the application of Vince and Julie Lutz, 15118 <br />Irish Avenue North, for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a home occupation on their property <br />which is approximately 28 acres in size and located in the Agricultural Zoning District. The <br />home occupation would consist of an auto repair business conducted in an existing accessory <br />building. Hugo City Code Chapter 320, Section 1195-330.1, requires a Conditional Use Permit <br />to conduct a home occupation inside an accessory building. Staff recommended approval of the <br />Permit with conditions. <br />Chair Schumann opened the public hearing. There were no comments and Schumann closed the <br />public hearing. <br />
