HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION
MARCH 20, 2001
Call to Order
Chairperson Schumann reconvened the meeting of the Hugo Planning Commission on March 20, 2001 to order
at 7:00 p.m.
PRESENT: Malaski, McRoberts, Peltier, Rooney, Rosenquist, Schumann
ALSO PRESENT: Community Development Director, John Rask
Consultant, Dennis Rosemark
ABSENT: Kleissler
Joint Meeting With The City Council
The Community Development Director requested the Planning Commission attend the joint meeting with the
City Council scheduled for April 9, 2001 at 7:00 p.m. at Hugo City Hall. The purpose of the meeting is to
discuss the results of the Everton Avenue study, which was conducted by City Staff and property owners in the
Everton Avenue area.
Proposed Changes to the Zoning Ordinance
The Community Development Director and Dennis Rosemark, Rosemark Consulting, discussed with the
Planning Commission the proposed changes to the City's Land Use Regulations, specifically, changes to the
permitted, accessory, and conditional uses in the commercial and industrial zoned areas.
Adiournment
At 8:50 pm, Malaski made motion, Peltier seconded, to recess until Thursday, March 22, 2001 at 7:00 pm.
All AYES. Motion carried.
