HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION
MARCH 22, 2001
Call to Order
Chairperson Schumann reconvened the meeting of the Hugo Planning Commission on March 22, 2001 to order
at 7:00 p.m.
PRESENT: Kleissler, Malaski, McRoberts, Peltier, Rooney, Rosenquist, Schumann
ALSO PRESENT: Community Development Director, John Rask
Consultant, Dennis Rosemark
Proposed Chances to the Zoning Ordinance
The Community Development Director and Dennis Rosemark, Rosemark Consulting, continued discussion with
the Planning Commission on the changes to the City's Land Use Regulations.
The Planning Commission considered proposed changes to the Zoning Code pertaining to home occupation
standards and provisions relating to non -conforming buildings, structures, uses and lots.
Adjournment
At 9:40 pm, Rosenquist made motion, Peltier seconded, to recess until Thursday, March 29, 2001, at 7:00 pm
for the Planning Commission members to attend the Everton Avenue meeting.
All AYES. Motion carried.
