Chairperson Schumann called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
PRESENT: Kleissler, McRoberts, Peltier, Rooney, Rosenquist, Schumann
Malaski arrived at 7:30.
ALSO PRESENT: Community Development Director, John Rask
Dennis Rosemark, Rosemark Consulting
Draft Zoning Ordinance
Rask and Rosemark discussed with the Planning Commission the draft zoning ordinance and
draft zoning map. Specifically discussed were residential lot sizes and zoning districts. The
Planning Commission provided their comments and requested staff make the appropriate
changes to the ordinance prior to the public hearing to be conducted at their regular scheduled
meeting on May 23, 2001.
Adiournment
Malaski made motion, Peltier seconded to adjourn at 10:05 p.m.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
