The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Theodora Peltier at 7: IOPM.
PRESENT: Peltier, Schumann, Harrison, Waller
City Planner, Ed Elliott
ABSENT: Rubenzer, Malaski, Kellison
Schumann made motion, Harrison seconded, to approve the minutes for the Planning
Commission meeting of June 25, 1997 as submitted.
VOTING AYE: Schumann, Harrison, Waller
ABSTAINED: Peltier
Motion Carried.
BEAVER LAKE ESTATES
Discussion of the proposed Beaver Lake Estates subdivision continued with developers
Charlie Melcher and Rick Schilling.
Discussion concerning proposed park dedication from Sanders Wacker review:
• Location and amount, walking trail
• Expressed concern that a park spaced be developed, not just an open field
ZONING ORDINANCE
Continued discussion on zoning districts.
ADJOURNMENT
Peltier made motion, Harrison seconded, to adjourn at 9:35PM.
