The special meeting was called to order by Chairperson Theodora Peltier at 7:00 p.m.
PRESENT: Kellison, Peltier, Puleo, Rubenzer, Schumann
City Administrator, Robert Museus
ABSENT: Malaski, Harrison
The special meeting was called to continue review of the draft comprehensive land use
regulations. The Commission reviewed a portion of Section 6 regarding performance
standards for various land uses, covering pages 6-1 through 6-14 in the draft ordinance.
At approximately 9:00 p.m., the Commission determined to continue review of the
ordinance at the regular Planning Commission meeting scheduled for July 22, 1998.
Schumann made motion, Peltier seconded, to adjourn at 9:02 p.m.
