MINUTES FOR THE HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING OF SEPT. 9.1998 <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairwoman Theodora Peltier at 7:15 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Harrison, Kellison, Peltier, Puleo, Schumann <br />City Administrator, Robert Museus <br />ABSENT: Malaski and Rubenzer <br />This special meeting was called to continue review of the City's revised draft <br />Comprehensive Plan. The City Administrator presented a draft zoning map, based on the <br />land -use map found in the City's Comprehensive Plan, and sample maps prepared by the <br />Planning Commission. <br />The PC directed certain changes in the boundaries found on the draft -map, and requested <br />the Administrator prepare sample regulations for three additional zoning districts: a <br />restricted commercial district to allow business and retail development in the portion of <br />the City not serviced by sewer and water; and an industrial -reserve district that manages <br />expansion of the industrial zoning district along Elmcrest Avenue, between CR8 and CR4, <br />and a special planning district for the area which may be needed to serve commuter rail, as <br />necessary. <br />Harrison made motion, Puleo seconded, to adjourn at 8:40 p.m. <br />All aye.
