The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Peltier at 7:05 PM.
PRESENT: Peltier, Schumann, Harrison, Puleo
ABSENT: Malaski, Kellison, Rubenzer
The Planning Commission continued its review of the draft comprehensive land use
regulations for the community. They reviewed the most recent revisions to the City's
zoning map, definitions section, and other issues.
Harrison made motion, Schumann seconded, to conduct a public hearing on the proposed
Land Use Regulations on November 14, 1998.
Upon call voting AYE: Harrison, Puleo, Schumann.
Voting NAY: Peltier
Motion carried.
The Planning Commission then reviewed the letter of resignation from Sydney Harrison,
who stated her intention to leave the Planning Commission effective November 1, 1998.
Peltier made motion, Schumann seconded, to accept the resignation as presented.
All AYES. Motion Carried.
Schumann made motion, Harrison seconded, to adjourn at approximately 9:00 P.M.
