PRESENT: Agness, Schumann, Malaski, Kellison, Peltier; Ed Elliott,
Loucks and Associates
ABSENT: Miltz-Miller. Rubenzer
Mr. Ed Elliott and Mr. Tom Loucks, Loucks and Associates were present to
discuss with the Planning Commission revisions to the Comprehensive Plan.
After a lengthy discussion, it was determined that the definition of
"rural" was unclear. The Commission would like it clarified specifically
as far as size, density, etc. Also, the City's urban and rural districts
should be more defined, with existing MUSA which is currently in use and
projected expansion of the MUSA for further development.
Motion made by Schumann, seconded by Peltier to schedule a comp plan
workshop for April 19, 19955 7:00PM.
All ave, motion passed.
