December 8, 1993
A special meeting of the Hugo Planning Commission, for the purpose of
reviewing results of the recently completed citizen survey, was called to
order at 7:00PM by Chairperson Peltier.
PRESENT: Peltier, Agness, Rubenzer, Schumann, Davis
ABSENT: Olson, Oswald
Other Present: Mayor Stoltzman, Bernard Brunotte, Sandy Malaski, Warren
Arcand, Judy Marshik, Research Quik; Robert Museus, City Administrator
Judy Marshik, reviewed with the Planning Commission, the results of the
survey recently completed by her firm regarding citizen opinion on various
issues of importance to the City. During the review, members of the
Planning Commission, City Council and others present made requests for
cross tabulations of the results to gain further insight into citizen
concerns and opinions. These requests were noted by Ms. Marshik and she
stated that a final report with the cross tabulations will be provided in
the near future.
Motion made by Peltier to adjourn at 8:55PM, seconded by Agness.
All aye, motion passed.
