OF THE
HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION
January 22, 1986
The regular meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Chairman Atkinson.
PRESENT: Bob Olson, Ray Olson, Schoeller, Atkinson
ABSENT: Granger, FAshingbauer, Rudisill
Motion made by Schoeller, seconded by Bob Olson to approve the Minutes of
December 11, 1985 with the following corrections;
Verna Larsen - should read rezoning and subdivision
3. Recommend approval of the subdivision with Certificate of Survey as
oppposed to hardshell requirement.
Zerwas - should read, recommended by P.C. to waive...
Harris - 1. should read, applicant to supply off duty,licensed officers.
All aye, motion carried.
Verna Larsen - Mrs. Larsen was not present and no further information had
been provided. ATkinson made motion, seconded by Schoeller that the clerk
notify Mrs. Larsen and request her appearance at the February 12 meeting.
All aye, motion carried.
Garry Boyer - Mr. Boyer stated that he does not perform work on the
vehicles stored on his property at 9195 122nd St. Mr. Boyer stated an
interest in constructing an accessory building to store the vehicles.
Motion made by Atkinson, seconded by Bob Olson to table this matter
until a site plan for an accessory building is received or February 26, 1986.
All aye, motion carried.
Motion made by Ray Olson, seconded by Bob Olson to adjournat 7:57PM.
