OF THE
HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION
October 8, 1986
The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman Atkinson at 7:02 PM.
PRESENT: Schoeller, Bob Olson, Ray Olson, Rudisill, Atkinson
ABSENT: Fashingbauer
Motion made by Atkinson seconded by Rudisill to approve the minutes of Sept. 24,
1986 with the following correction;
under Brant - Curt Sparks should be deleted, should read head of water quality.
All aye, motion carried.
October 1, 1986 - Special meeting
Under Molitor - Mr. Molitor though he had 32 acres, not 30. All aye, motion
carried.
The regular meeting was recessed and the Wegleitner public hearing called to
order at 7:07PM.
Martin Wegleitner - Bill Monahan was present as sales agent for the property.
There was no public in attendance to comment.
The public hearing was closed and the regular meeting was reconvened at 7:19PM.
M. Wegleitner - The commission felt that the plan needed some alteration. The
lay out of the subdivision was quite irregular.
Motion made by Atkinson to recommend approval of the subdivision for Martin
Wegleitner with -.the following conditions;
1. Proof of ownership
2. Certificate of Survey
3. The exact area to be sold and easement documentation by supplied to prove
conveyance of easement.
Motion failed for lack of second.
Motion made by Atkinson, seconded by Ray Olson to deny the Wegleitner request
because of a lack of road frontage. Schoeller amPrded motion to review request
at a later time if road frontage is acquired, second stands.
All aye, motion carried.
Thomas Schmidt - SUP - Schmidts were not present to address any questions.
The clerk's office will contact them regarding their intentions.
Motion made by Schoeller, seocnded, Rudisill to adjourn at 8:OOPM.
All aye, motion carried.
