MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS
OF THE
HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION
October 22, 1986
The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman Atkinson at 7:02 PM.
PRESENT: Schoeller, Bob Olson, Ray Olson, Rudisill, Atkinson
ABSENT: Fashingbauer
Motion made by Atkinson to approve the minutes of October 8, 1986, second by
Rudisill. All aye,f motion carried.
Motion made by Atkinson, seconded by Bob Olson to approve the Minutes of
October 13, 1986. All aye, motion carried.
The regular meeting was recessed and the public hearing called to order
at 7:07PM.
Burch Gustafson - Mr. Gustafson is purchasing the property at 15857 Forest
Blvd. known as Midwest Seeder. It is currently zoned RB, he is requesting
a rezoning to Industrial to accomodate a clothing manufacturing business.
The public hearing closed and the regular meeting reconvened at 7:15PM.
Motion made by Schoeller, seconded by Rudisill to recommend approval of the
rezoning from RB to Industrial for Burch Gustafson and Bob McCullough at
15857 Forest Blvd.
All aye, motion carried.
Martin Wegleitner - Revised plan for Subd. - Mr. Wegleitner brought in a
revised plan for the subdivision of 8.5 acres at Geneva and 145th St. The
new plan has adequate lot size with road frontage.
Motion made by Atkinson, seconded by Bob Olson to recommend approval of the
subdivision (Plan B) for Martin Wegleitner to subdivide 8.5 acres as specified
on plan dated 10/22/86, with the following conditions;
1. The City receive an updated Certificate of Survey with exact boundaries.
2. The easement be notarized and filed and further note that construction
and maintenance of the road and cul-de-sac be done by buyer and seller.
Y. Proof of ownership.
All aye, motion carried.
Motion made by Atkinson, seconded by Rudisill to recommend approval by Certi-
ficate of Survey and legal description as opposed to full plat.
All aye, motion carried.
Thomas Schmidt was scheduled to appear at this meeting but has not contacted
City Hall. The office will contact them regarding their request.
Bob Olson is interested in attending a seminar regarding city planning. Mr.
McAllister will be consulted regarding the reimbursement of the fee.
Schoeller made motion, seocnd by Ray Olson to adjourn at 7:50PM.
